Slices of Alfred Enderby Smoked Salmon
Alfred Enderby Smoked Salmon and Smoked Haddock

Alfred Enderby smoked salmon and smoked haddock are smoked in a 100-year-old traditional brick smokehouse in the traditional way over slowly smoldering wood shavings.

The smoked salmon was winner of 3 stars at The Great Taste Awards in 2018 and 2020 and was featured in The Times' top 50 recommended food products of 2020. In Marco Pierre White's words: "Simply the most delicious smoked salmon I've eaten in decades".

The smoked haddock has won multiple awards, including winner of 2 stars at the Great Taste Awards; and has received PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) status.

Lincolnshire Sausages
Redhill Farm Lincolnshire Sausage and Ham Hock Black Pudding

Redhill Farm's Lincolnshire Pork Sausages are the best Lincolnshire sausages we have tasted (and we have tasted alot). They have 85% minimum meat content and were rated in the top 3 best sausages in the UK by BBC Good Food Magazine. They made an appearance in Rick Stein's Food Stories in February 2024

Their Ham Hock Black Pudding has a much lighter, more delicate texture than traditional black pudding and has 2 stars from the Great Taste Awards 2021. So good, Gareth Bartram (at the time at Winteringham Fields) used it in The Great British Menu.

Redhill Farm is an award-winning farm that practices ethical animal husbandry, where the pigs are reared naturally, and grow slowly, to produce great tasting pork.

Other Local Suppliers

We source a most of the ingredients for our breakfasts from quality local suppliers. So:

  • Back Bacon, which we get cut extra thickly, and the Minced Beef for our Homemade Beef Sausage Slices come from our local butcher V.T.Lancaster & Son in Market Rasen who source their meats from local farms;
  • the Free Range Eggs come from the nearby Scaman’s Eggs (near Louth);
  • the porridge oats come from the Maud Foster Windmill in Boston;
  • and the various honeys we use come from a nearby small producer, Apidae Honey.
