Breakfast at The Old Posthouse B&B
Homemade Granola
We make our own Granola, using oats, seeds, nuts and dried fruit …have it with milk, yoghurt or fruit compote; or as part of our Breakfast Trifle. However you like it, as one guest commented “..it’s simply divine!”
Porridge
We offer porridge with homemade compote (rhubarb when in season or mixed berries) and runny Lincolnshire honey. The porridge oats come from the Maud Foster windmill and whether it is their traditional way of rolling the oats or the accompaniments, guests love it. As one commented "..the best I've tasted."
Cooked Breakfast
There is a wide choice of main cooked breakfasts:
- The Old Posthouse Full English with a choice of Redhill Farm Lincolnshire sausage or our homemade beef sausage slice;
- Alfred Enderby smoked salmon or smoked haddock with eggs;
- Redhill Farm Black Pudding with spinach and poached egg;
- French Toast with fruit compote and Lincolnshire runny honey;
- vegetarian and vegan options.
Whatever you choose we hope you will agree with many of the reviews that we offer a great breakfast.
