About Us
We first started taking guests in 2018, having extensively refurbished what had been the village post office and before that the village shop. The original buildings were built in about 1850 and originally comprised the village shop on Main Street and a row of cottages.
We decided we wanted to preserve the character of the house while creating something special for guests and have transformed this piece of local history into a warm and welcoming retreat, blending original features with modern comforts.
